I have tried clicking everywhere and looked through everything under the support section on the website.

But I can't find some puzzles that I bought a few years ago here.

And there doesn't seem to be anywhere that I can actually contact someone running the site?

So I'm hoping that a moderator (or anyone who can give any help at all in solving this or pointing me where to message support) will see this and give me some help please.

This is the only place that I could find this particular type of puzzle and I'd really like to have the ones that I bought and then get some more. But now I'm concerned that I can't even find the ones that I've already paid for.

Any puzzles you purchased on our website will remain yours. To find your puzzles, go to this page:

https://www.conceptispuzzles.com/index.aspx?uri=myconceptis

And look at the "My New", "My Saved" and "My Solved" links for each type of puzzle. You should find all your puzzles there. In case you don't see any puzzles at all, the reason is probably because you are logging in with a different username than the one when you purchased the puzzles. In this case, please send us an email to support@conceptispuzzles.com and we will try to help you.
