The last few days, Conceptis keeps logging me out: I only notice when I try to open a new puzzle and it says I'm not authorised. So I refresh the page I was selecting it from, and that requires me to log in again.

This never happened before a couple of days ago, and I'm not aware that I've changed any settings.

I'm using Firefox 95.0.2 on Windows 10, and as far as I know I haven't changed any settings (Cookies or anything else)

I'm experiencing the same issue since yesterday.
Using Chrome 96.0.4664.110 on Windows 10, haven't touched my browser settings or files either.

We haven't changed anything on our website so these login problems are most probably caused by auto updates of the browsers. These auto updates can sometimes also change the browser settings. You can test this by using a different browser and you will see that this problem doesn't happen. Anyway, to fix this problem you can try restarting the computer and, if necessary, updating the browser settings. I am getting the same issue (using Chrome) and have restarted PC and reset all my browser settings and am still having the same problem. I have the "keep me logged in" ticked but I am still getting logged out and have to re-enter my user name and password each time

FWIW, this does not appear to be "settings" issue, but rather a cookies or cache one. They are slightly different. Why this should have happened I cannot figure out, other than this: many services have gone to two-step verification, and some browsers might be expecting this, now. Dave is likely correct in his surmise that this happened through an auto update.

In any event, I think that I have fixed the problem vis-a-vis Chrome. Do this: on the upper right edge, just below the 'x', click on the three vertical dots. Mouse down to, and hover over, "More tools...", then scroll down to "Clear browsing data" and click on it. A pop-up will appear: in Time range, click on Last 7 days. Below that, click the top four boxes: Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files. These four boxes should now be blue with a white check-mark in them. Make sure that all other boxes are unchecked! Then click on the blue "Clear data" box. When it is done, close that browser window and all other tabs, then close Chrome completely: all windows, if you have more than one open. Now, open a new Chrome window, and log in to Conceptis. Immediately close that browser, then open a new one: you should still be logged in. Note: I have not yet rebooted to see if this affects things, but by all rights and reason, rebooting should NOT make a difference.

I also have the same issue. My browser is Firefox 91.4.1esr on a Windows 10 PC. I resorted to using the 'Password auto fill' feature which allows me to simply press the <ENTER> key when the login page shows up.
