  • Thanks for everyone's comments and bug reports following the Timer release.
  • We've just posted a few game bug fixes:

  • - Fixed Show Remainder bug in Kakuro (reported here).
  • - Fixed distorted text in various feedback message titles (reported here).
  • - Fixed keyboard functionality when Progress window is active across all games. For example using spacebar for switching colors in Pic-a-Pix (reported in comments here), controlling smart-fill cursor in Fill-a-Pix and switching cells in Sudoku.
Please clear browser cache to make sure the new games version is loaded.

  • Thanks for your feedback!

The attachment was not an empy text file when I saved it, but it posted that way.
The Slitherlinks still have an error when checking for errors. I can't figure out how to post a screen shot of this. Can you help?
Thanks!

Please contact our customer support via support@conceptispuzzles.com and we'll do our best to help.

BTW, to take a screenshot if your browser view simply click the print screen key on your keyboard (usually shows up as 'PrtScn'), paste into your favorite image editor (I love IrfanView but it can be any other), crop if you like and save the file as a jpg image.

Thanks
Gil

Got a new bug for ya.

In Pic-A-Pix online, I solved puzzle 985 (the free one this week). I had two squares left to fill in; one was true, one was false. Because of how the clicking works, I try to fill true squares and then click again to mark false squares.

So I went to fill the final two squares before clicking the false square. I got a notification that I had successfully solved the puzzle BEFORE clicking on the false square to mark the dot. When I closed this notification, I got the noise indicating an error and was then allowed to click again. After the proper click, the solved prompt came up again and this time locked correctly after I closed the prompt.

So, in other words, the puzzle told me I had correctly solved it but with an incorrect solution represented. The bug comes, I believe, from the fact that I clicked to mark the final square and registered it before I dragged over to the other square, and thus caught my other fill after the fact but had already triggered the correct answer prompt.

Hi all.

I love playing these games every week.
Unfortunately for the last week or so every game I go into freezes after about 10 seconds.
What can I do?

Signed desperate and puzzleless.

HI Cristy

You didn't mention which computer and browser you are using, but from what you describe it looks like you are playing on a Mac with Safari. If so, there is some problem with the latest update of Safari which causes this problem. We are trying to fix this, but in the meantime the best solution is to use Chrome.

Thanks, Dave

Hello,

This week's free puzzles have a bad glitch where they strobe and sections disappear when I run my mouse over them. The problem occurs in both Chrome and Safari on my old MacBook, and I have updated my software. I don't seem to have the problem with other game sites. Can you please advise?

Thanks.
